A few little tidbits:

If your appointment is outside of the hours 10AM-6PM, Larissa or Stacey will unlock the door 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Your appointments are eligible to be used under your insurance, although we do not do direct billing.

Starting July 1st 2026, all services will be increasing by $5.

This will apply to all appointments taking place on or after July 1st 2026, including appointments pre booked.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow us to accommodate those on our waitlist.

If a client fails to No-Show/No-Contact, they will be required to pay 100% of their service scheduled, before their next appointment. Exceptions will be made on a case to case bases.

We understand that emergencies happen and life comes up.
